Return & Exchange Policy

All products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, fit preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review the size charts provided before placing your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with tags attached.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

To request a replacement for a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the problem

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Refunds:

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is processed.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Notes:

  • Orders already in production cannot be cancelled.

  • Digital products are non-refundable.

    Since digital product are delivered immediately at purchase, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. Please review product details carefully before ordering — and reach out with any questions prior to checkout.

  • We are not able to swap sizes once the order has been placed since each product is printed individually. Double-check sizing and fit before checking out.

  • If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost. Just email us within 7 days of delivery.
